How to make Salted Caramel Energy Bites
- In a food processor, start by pulsing your oats until they have a fine texture. They don’t need to be a flour, but should be mostly ground.
2. Next, add in your dates, cashews, salt, and hemp seeds. Blend on high for approximately 1 minute until dough is soft and sticky. If the mixture doesn’t stick together when pressed between your hands, add in another date or two and mix until well combined.
3. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls and roll between your hands. The warmth of your hands also helps the dough come together.
4. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge.

Yummy! I used a combination of chai and flax instead of hemp just because it was what I had. Loved them! Will be making them for our staff soon (all 150 of them)! Helping them eat healthier to live longer, better.
