Welcome friends! My name is Allie, and I’m a 32-year-old plant-based chef, Certified Physician Associate (PA-C), and professional health coach.

My top priority is to create a welcoming community that gives you more options for adding plants to your diet—without any pressure to be fully vegan or vegetarian. Every small change counts! My recipes are designed to be quick and easy—perfect for busy weeknights—while being packed with healthy ingredients (that taste amazing too! 😉)

I can also guide you individually to achieve success with a plant-based diet guide. Through personalized coaching, I share practical tips on meal planning, nutritional balance, and cooking techniques. I also provide resources and strategies to help you overcome challenges, stay motivated, and enjoy delicious plant-based meals that nourish both your body and mind.
