Over the years, patients and friends kept asking me the same questions — how to get enough protein, how to meal prep on a busy schedule, how to make plant-based eating actually stick. I realised there was a community actively searching for this kind of guidance, and I wanted to show up for them on a more personal level.

As a trained PA, I bring my deep understanding of chronic disease, common health conditions, and the latest plant-based nutrition research into every coaching conversation. My approach is holistic — honouring your physical health, your mental wellbeing, and the real life you are living.
