This easy vegan ranch takes only 5 minutes to make and is a healthy dressing, dip, or spread that contains NO CASHEWs and NO OIL.

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh if possible
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced or 1 teaspoon dried
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.
If you want a thinner vegan ranch for salads, add 1-2 tablespoon of water until desired consistency.
Store in the fridge in a glass container for up to 7 days.
Note: If it starts to get thick after sitting in the fridge, add in 1-2 tablespoon of water and stir. Do not freeze.
Substitutions:
If you don't have white vinegar use apple cider vinegar.
Use dried herbs instead of fresh.
