Ingredients
5 Medium red potatoes
3 tablespoon melted vegan butter
2 teaspoon Dried dill
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
Pinch pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Start by dicing up your red potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
In a small bowl mix together melted butter with herbs and spices.
In a large bowl add your potatoes and then drizzle the melted butter herb mixture over the top.
Spread out evenly on a baking sheet. Cook on top rack in oven for ~35 minutes.
To further crisp up potatoes, turn oven up to 450F and bake for another 5 minutes.
