chickpeas white beans vegetable broth lemon kale carrots

garlic onion salt and pepper rosemary 

Directions

Cook up diced onion with garlic. Add in carrots.

Add white beans, rosemary, and vegetable broth. Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.

Add lemon and then blend with an immersion blender a few times.
