These fluffy 3-ingredient banana oatmeal muffins are easy to make in just 20 minutes, contain healthy, simple ingredients, and will be your favorite go-to muffins for a breakfast or snack. These can easily be upgraded with chocolate chips, fruit, or nuts!

 Preheat oven to 350 F or 176 C.  Make your oat flour in a food processor.

Mash your bananas with the back of a fork until there are no large lumps.

To the mashed bananas add your oat flour and baking powder. Optional: add in 1 tbsp of water (highly recommend so it's not too thick). Pour batter into greased muffin tin. Optional: Add in chocolate chips, fruit, or nuts.

Bake for 15-17 minutes or until slightly browned on the outer edges and toothpick comes out clean.
