Easy Spicy Ramen Noodles (10 Minutes)

Ingredients

Spicy Ramen

Toppings

  • Green onion, diced
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Red chili flakes (if desired)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, began heating your sesame oil over low-medium heat.
  • Add in your minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add in your diced green onion and saute for another minute.
  • Meanwhile begin to cook your ramen noodles to package instructions.
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients to the onion and garlic mixture including peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang paste, and lime juice.
  • Whisk on low heat for a few minutes until well combined and sauce thickens. Set aside until noodles are ready.
  • In a large bowl, pour your spicy sauce over your cooked ramen noodles.
  • Top with more green onion, sesame seeds, and fresh lime juice if desired. If you want it spicier add on top some red pepper flakes.
  • Enjoy!

u003cliu003eYou can find gojuchang paste at most grocery stores in the Asian food section. u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIf you like it REALLY spicy you could add in 2 tablespoon of gojuchang paste but I would recommend starting slow to see what fits your taste buds!u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eYou can easily double or triple this recipe if making for multiple people. Just double the sauce ingredients and ramen noodles. u003c/liu003e
