Mix tofu with nutritional yeast and flour and salt in a food processor.
Form into a dough ball.
Cut into 4 pieces and form into balls. (Coat in flour).
Roll into a rope and then cut into 1.5-2 inch pieces.
Blend together sundried tomato sauce.
