extra firm tofu all purpose flour nutritional yeast basil tomato paste
sundried tomatoes (in oil) plant milk salt italian herbs garlic powder
Mix tofu with nutritional yeast, flour and salt in a food processor.
Form into a dough ball.
Cut into 4 pieces and form into balls. (Coat in flour).
Roll into a rope and then cut into 1.5-2 inch pieces.
Blend together sundried tomato sauce. BOIL GNOCCHI FOR 2-3 minutes until they float to the top.
Add gnocchi to warmed sauce and enjoy!
