These edamame dumplings are a delicious savory appetizer or dinner! Inside a soft, crispy pan-fried dumpling is a savory Asian-inspired filling with creamy miso edamame and hints of garlic and ginger. Dip in an easy homemade dumpling sauce for the perfect pairing with your dumplings. 

Ingredients

edamame (shelled) matchstick carrots tahini sessame oil

Total Time

45 minutes

dumpling wrappers minced garlic minced ginger soy sauce miso paste

Directions

01. Blend edamame mixture in food processor.

02. Add 2 tsp of mixture to the center of a dumpling wrapper.

03. Add a little water with your fingertip on one side.

Directions

04. Fold over and seal.

Directions

05. Pinch with forefinger and thumb.

Directions

06. Pan fry for 2 minutes per side with sesame oil.

Directions

07. Steam for 3 minutes, covered. Enjoy with an easy dumpling sauce!
