1. Mix up all ingredients in a glass jar and let rest for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Can you heat overnight oats?

Yes, you can.  Simply microwave them for 30-60 seconds or heat them on the stove over low heat until warm.

How long do overnight oats last in the fridge?

They last up to 5 days in the fridge (which makes them great for meal prep). Make sure they are in an airtight container so they don't dry out.
