extra firm tofu cornstarch garlic powder hoisin sauce soy sauce ginger rice vinegar

Prep Time

20 minutes

brown rice edamame carrot avocado kale lemon

Tips to Make  Crispy Tofu

Use extra firm tofu. Press your tofu with a tofu press or heavy objects for 15-30 minutes. Coat tofu in cornstarch. Air fry on high heat.

1. Air fry tofu cubes. 2.Mix up asian sauce and cook tofu cubes in sauce for 2-3 minutes. 3. Assemble bowl with brown rice, edamame, crispy asian tofu, massaged kale, carrots, avocado and creamy sesame dressing. 4. Top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
