These healthy blueberry granola bars are the perfect breakfast or snack with a chewy, fruity sweetness and a satisfying crunch. They are bursting with dried blueberries, chewy oats, crunchy sunflower seeds, crispy rice cereal and hints of peanut butter. 

Ingredients

old fashioned oats rice crisps sunflower seeds flaxseed chia seed dried blueberries

Total Time

25 minutes

maple syrup peanut butter cinnamon vanilla extract coconut oil

Directions

01. Add together dry ingredients.

02. Combine wet ingredients over the stove until creamy.

04. Add blueberries and sunflower seeds.

05. Bake for 15 minutes then let set in the fridge for 1 hour.
