These crispy air fryer butternut squash fries are a delicious healthy snack or appetizer. They're crispy, golden brown and seasoned to perfection with garlic and italian herbs. Not to mention they are a healthy low carb option that takes no time in the air fryer! Pair with a creamy garlic aioli.
butternut squash (1 lb) olive oil italian herbs salt garlic powder onion powder
garlic lemon herb aioli: -vegan mayo italian herbs lemon juice garlic powder salt
01. Cut butternut squash into fries (1/2 inch wide, 3-4 inches long)
02. Coat in herbs and spices.
03. Cook in preheated air fryer (400 F) for 6 min, shake, then another 6-7 min.
04. Serve with garlic lemon herb aioli!
